His name is so much different in French language o_O
In french it's "Flagada" and that means actually "who has lost all his vigour" ... 
He's great in human! <3

I've only ever seen a few episodes of this cartoons in my childhood, and I still recognized this guy on first sight.

I guess that is saying a lot about both the impression the character left on me, and the perfect way you humanize characters.
